V03 - Casa Alegre is ideally situated only 400m from the longest beach in the algarve portugal at armacao de pera.
This is of beautiful fine sand, stretching for miles. To the East it is lined with fishing boats and served by beachside restaurants, shops & bars.
The back of the villa faces due south, and the master bedroom and rear twin bedroom enjoy fantastic sea views, both with balcony/table and chairs.
Casa Alegre is completely private, with its own heated swimming pool.
The Solar heated swimming pool measurements are length 4m x 8m and depth 1m to 3m.
To the west the coast changes to small coves, a very short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe, our own favorite being Marinha. The location is excellent - there are 5 water parks within 10 mins of the villa -Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Wet N Wild, Zoomarine & Crazy

The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, orange juicer, toaster and microwave.
Living Rooms:
Spacious dining room solid oak dining table & seating for 8.
The Lounge:
A 40" wall mounted HD TV free-sat 70 + channels.
Dvd player + Films, Video player + 72 films, Hifi, two large comfortable sofas, solid oak coffee table, lovely marble wood-burning fireplace. Lounge/dining room has fitted air-conditioning/heater.
Gamesroom:
If you would like to take a break from the children, there is a spacious games room in the
basement of this villa.
This includes table tennis, 6ft pool table, TV/Playstation 2, Games hi-fi, seating, toys, and lots of books for all ages.

Outside: The lounge leads out to the covered outside dining area, with extra large table & chairs, BBQ and oven. This leads onto the private heated swimming pool(8m x 4m), with poolside shower. Sun loungers with cushions are provided.
Maid service is on Saturdays. Towels (for use in the villa) and linen are provided and changed weekly.NB. Cot linen/blankets are NOT suplied.(Please remember to bring your own) .
