Accommodation

Master Bedroom:  double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest/draws, additional sleeping for 2 children 2 single pull-outs in the lounge.

Bathroom: 
full size bath/shower over, sink, WC, bidet, fully tiled.

Kitchen:                                                                     Fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave.

Lounge/Dining Room dining table and four chairs, settee, bed-settee, Television.
patio doors leading to a small private balcony, with a table and 2 chairs.

Cleaning/maid service  towels & linen are provided and changed weekly.

Change-over day - Thursday prefered, other days may be welcomed.
Arrival time from 2pm. Departure time 10am.                                

BOOKING NOTES
A  non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. 
The full balance is required 10 weeks before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £200 on you arrival and will be returned on the day of your departure proving the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.

GBP or Euro transfers accepted.
