V04 - Casa Bourganvillea is ideally situated only 400m from the longest beach in the algarve portugal at armacao de pera. This is of beautiful fine sand, stretching for miles. To the East it is lined with fishing boats and served by beachside restuarants, shops & bars.
The back of the villa faces due south, and the master bedroom and rear twin bedroom enjoy fantasic sea views.
To the west the coast changes to small coves, a very short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe, our own favourite being Marinha. The location is excellent - there are 5 water parks within 10 mins of the villa -Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Wet N Wild, Zoomarine & Crazy world.

Kitchen:
The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave.
Living Rooms:
Spacious dining area - table seating eight.
Lounge has two very comfortable sofas, wood-burning fireplace, satelite television, DVD player and films + hifi. Lounge/dining has fitted air-conditioning/heater.
Outside:
The Kitchen & lounge patio doors both lead outside to the patio area with a traditional BBQ.
A marble dining table and chairs for 'dining al fresco'
This leads onto the private kidney shape swimming pool (8m x 4m), with poolside shower.
Sun loungers are provided.
Maid service is on arrival & departure only.
Bath/hand Towels and linen are provided, Beach towels are also provided.
